Ali's story and work as a recording artist have earned national recognition. Her journey through adversity has been featured by CNN and in PEOPLE magazine's annual World's Most Beautiful issue, featuring Jennifer Aniston on the cover.
Ali found her purpose as a child, singing at the American Cancer Society Relay For Life events, children's hospitals, nursing homes, funerals, and community events, where she discovered that music could bring comfort, hope, and healing during life's most difficult moments.
As her career grew, she performed the national anthem at a Minnesota Vikings game, opened for Aaron Carter, the younger brother of Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter, and collaborated with Grammy-winning producers whose credits include Katy Perry, OneRepublic, Miley Cyrus, and more.
But with every new opportunity came a question she couldn't ignore: What was all of this for?
While privately navigating a lifelong medical condition and the mental health challenges that followed, Ali stepped away from music to rediscover what had always mattered most.
That search became Northstar.
Today, Ali leads Northstar with the same belief that first inspired her as a child: that the right song, heard at the right moment, has the power to change a life. That same belief guides everything Northstar will create.
